I offer 1:1 coaching and group sessions focused on helping you move better by building strong foundations from the feet up. Through assessment, education, and movement coaching, I help you understand your body, improve posture and strength, and move with more confidence in everyday life.

My work follows The Bare Growth Approach: creating awareness of how your body moves, restoring foot strength as the foundation, building resilience through progressive strength, and integrating better movement into daily life. Alongside this, group coaching provides support, consistency, and a sense of community to grow together long term.

Each workshop is adapted to the group and blends everything that Bare Growth stands for:

These sessions go beyond exercises. Participants learn why modern habits and footwear create dysfunction, how to restore natural movement patterns, and what to implement immediately in daily life — from how you stand, walk, train, and recover, to how you choose shoes for yourself and your children.
